You don’t want to die? Then seek the solution in science because there is no spiritual solution for this problem! Do not deceive yourself with spirituality! You means your conscious and to keep your conscious alive you must find some biological/physical solutions, not spiritual ones!
Hypocrisy is wretched because the hypocrite says with his tongue what is not in his heart. He wrongs his tongue and oppresses his heart. But if the heart is sound, the condition of the tongue follows suit. We are commanded to be upright in speech, which is a gauge of the heart's state.

Spirituality, for someone like me who doesn’t believe in God, in the existence of soul, in something after-death, is the capacity to love and to understand others – humans, and animals – is the capacity to not do to others what you don’t want other people to do to you.
What is the difference between my view and the classical Christian perspective? I am convinced that there are not multiple comings and multiple returns of Christ, but only one decisive coming at the end of the world, which includes the resurrection, the rapture, and his appearance in the sky!
